Who Is Trar

Trar is part of a group company who mainly focus on plastic products customizing industry. Now our group has two factories and 2 sales agencies. We have office and factory in both Shanghai and Quzhou Zhejiang. All branches are very easy to reach. Our first factory set us in 2005 and second factory set up 2017 same time Trar founded. Now our group has more than 230 people and served customers more than 2540 people from all over the over world. Now Trar is also devote to R&D works and serve for customer without manufacturing experience.

Trar Quzhou Facility

Quzhou facility is build from 2017,now have mold shop and injection shop as well auto assembly line here.To dedicate to society,we also hired some disabled people working in our new factory.

Trar Shanghai Facility

Shanghai facility was started in 2005, now there are 36 injection machine and also equipped with mold making shop. In this facility workers are reach skilled since they followed us ever since our start.

Manzar : you will meet it in Singapore scenic spots

When Manzar found me his team already tried a lot of different ways to make this product function well as well as looking good. They tried roto molding, function ok, but can't control the tolerance,which lead the product looks ugly. Luckily we met each other, Trar helped fix the issue and make the product precisely match,function better than ever. After finish,we went to Singapore scenic spots,took photo with the masterpiece we made together

Dr.Azat and his team started working with Trar from 2015. We started from a simple suction cup mold project with soft PVC material. Dr.Azat is always serious and precise on work,their team check every detail of the molds we made for them every time after they received in Germany. He does not smile much and he value his own word. Trar Started work with Hudson on a ABS overmold with TPV for Consumer Product from 2014. Hudson and his team came to visited us on that summer and every since that visit now we already worked together over 15 projects. And all the projects repeat order every year.

Packing&Shipping

Export Molds Packing

For molds export,we use strong polymerized wood board to make standard export box to project the molds.Before put in box,we wrapped the molds with plastic film to protect it from moisture on sea with rustproof paint inside the molds.

Export Products Pallet Packing

For products need to sea shipping,we use more than three assistants to products them.First the strong box,second the pallet ,third the protective plastic film with wrap ties to make sure it stay stable and safe during shipping and delivery.
